Write to the people behind this comparison

Email is the only channel we run, and every message is read by a person on the editorial side. We reply by email from the same address.

The notes we value most flag a gap between our comparison and what a casino shows today: a bonus that has changed, a payment method that has gone, or a licence line that now reads differently. Seasonal offers, such as the Oktoberfest packs, change often, so a note from a reader is welcome.

Before you hit send

A short message with the right detail gets a faster answer than a long one without it. These three things help most:

  • the page address on our site and the brand you are writing about;
  • the exact wording or figure you think is out of date;
  • where you saw the newer version, for example the casino’s bonus terms page.

Where our help stops

We are not a casino and we do not hold player accounts, so we cannot see your balance, unlock an account or speed up a withdrawal. Questions like these go to the casino’s own support. Five brands in our comparison publish an email address for that, and the others use live chat or a contact page.

If a disagreement with a casino cannot be settled with its support team, the next step depends on its licence. Wintino is regulated by the Malta Gaming Authority, which runs a complaints procedure. For brands licensed in Curaçao or Anjouan, or with no licence shown, there is no European route, which is one reason we flag licences so clearly.

Never send us

Passwords, card numbers, ID scans or statements from your bank. Nobody on our team will request them, so treat any email that does as a fake.
